Club Rules

• You must be 21 years old to visit Swinging Richards
• Cover charges must be paid CASH only prior to entering the club.
• EVERYONE must provide a valid photo ID to enter the club
  NO EXCEPTIONS -- No How, No Way
• Proper Dress is required to enter
  • No skirts above the mid-thigh for guys or girls!!  You will be asked to leave or purchase a pair of shorts.
  • No open shirt or cut-off t-shirts
  • No shirt, No shoes, No ENTER
  • Clients must remain dressed at all times while inside the club
• No cameras or recording devices
  (this includes cell phones with cameras)
• No Bachelor parties
• No Bachelorette parties --NO, NO, NO
• No Touching the Dancers
• Tips must be in the arm bands only
• All customers are asked to be mindful of others
• Only one customer per stall at anytime
• No loud yelling, screaming (ladies, this includes you), vulgar language or pretending you are at some Monster Truck rally...though we love those, just not our club's style!!  We know our guys are the hottest, a simple tip is all that's needed to let them know.

Swinging Richards reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone at anytime.  Anyone unable or unwilling to comply with the rules of the club will be escorted out of the club.

Any customer attempting to photograph (with a camera or cell phone) is in strict violation of the and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law in addition that customer and his/her guest will no longer be welcomed by the club.
